The Annual Closing The Gap Conference is hailed by many as "the most practical and the BEST educational AT conference in North America." Not surprisingly so, these accolades are directly attributed to over 27 years in the field, producing a reputable print and online resource and hosting an annual world-renown event.

In addition to the long-standing reputation as a resource of choice for special education and rehabilitation, Closing The Gap continues to be far-reaching. Our market is and has been both a national and international market for over 27 years.

At the 2008 Conference, there were participants from all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, eight provinces, and eight countries. While many participants return year after year, the 2008 Conference boasted a record first-time attendee rate of forty-five percent, including regional, national and international representation.

Regarding Closing The Gap conference participants, Closing The Gap seeks to attract and has been successful in attracting influential and AT solution-seeking persons.
