Many educators in successful schools are involved in their school's professional learning community and perhaps even collaborate with other schools in the district, city or state, but innovative educators also have personal learning networks (PLNs), enabling them to connect with other learners worldwide. Many AT professionals are "one of a kind" in a building/school district. Creating and using a personal learning network will put you in touch with like minds from all over the world. Wouldn't you love to be able to post a question concerning a new piece of assistive technology or brainstorm with others about the use of a new device? This session will explore tools for personal learning networks and assist you in developing your own personal learning network!

Every person has a vision inside him or her for what they want their future to be. In this highly interactive session, you will learn how to teach special education students to create "vision videos." Come and hear the stories of how vision videos have changed students' lives. This is a proven application for IEP meetings, transition students and special education classrooms. Free trial software is available to all participants.
