In our fast-paced world of technology and ever-changing demands, it is often difficult to support teachers and speech-language pathologists on the journey to mastering core language in the classroom. Traditional models for providing staff support to team members consist of in-person training and consultation. However, current schedules and staff demands limit these opportunities. This presentation will review a self-paced remote training model for staff to increase knowledge/skills in core language implementation. All participants reported gains in their own self-efficacy and skills and gains in students’ expressive communication skills (verbally and non-verbally). Implications for application of similar models will be discussed.
