Supporting children with complex needs to build their language, access and participation skills requires that team members put their individual priorities aside in order to effectively work together. This presentation will share the journeys of three teams implementing Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD) in unique ways to support children with physical challenges, Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI) and complex communication needs (CCN). We will focus on how implementing PODD for communication helped to create a shared vision, leading to a clear understanding of the contribution of each team member’s expertise.
