Experience

For the 30 years, Carrie has worked in the field of assistive technology to provide innovative mounting solutions for individuals with disabilities. She has worked with devices companies, wheelchair vendors, therapist, teachers, families and individuals who use assistive technology in their daily life to gain a greater understanding of the challenges they face. She uses her experiences and knowledge to help spread the word on the importance of mounting and in the creation of mounting products and stands that support access and independence for individuals with physical disabilities. She has presented both nationally and internationally. She is committed to teaching others to re-think mounting and use the mount as a tool to achieve success.
