Are you looking to provide better individual programming for your students with ASD, and better overall classroom programs to insure consistency in service delivery? If so, this workshop will provide you with “learn it today / use it tomorrow” evidence-based practices, utilizing web-based resources and Apple iOS tools, to meet the learning and programming needs of students with ASD. Numerous websites and apps that emphasize evidence-based practices as instructional tools and supports for students with ASD will be explored, as well as resources/tools for professionals. Based on needs, participants will be given guidance to develop an individual student and/or classroom program plan to utilize the web-based and iOS device resources shared, including assistance in development of evidence-based practice strategies and supports. Each participant will need a wifi-accessible Apple iOS device, and predetermined apps (cost not to exceed $25, full app list will be shared with registrants prior to the workshop), for maximum participation and benefit.

As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Utilize web-based resources to explore and identify what interventions, methodologies, and treatments meet criteria as evidence-based practices for students with ASD.
2. Identify web-based resources to increase understanding of the unique learning and behavioral needs of students with ASD for professional development for adult learners.
3. Describe key features for effective school-based programs based on evidence-based practices for students with ASD.
4. Identify, design, and create individual student and/or program plans to utilize the web-based and iOS resources shared for development of evidence-based practice strategies supports.
