    Sharon Redmon, SpEd, GenEd teacher, and AT Specialist with over 20 years of experience. She holds an M.S. in Adaptive Education: Assistive Technology from St. Norbert College and ATP from RESNA and will be a Doctoral student at Penn State University in the Fall of 2023. Sharon's passion for AT and especially AAC began with her first teaching assignment in WI, where she became involved in WATI, and continues today with the WI AAC Network school committee and founding member of the Wisconsin Assistive Technology Regional Networks (WATRN). She is also a member of ISAAC and serves as a member of the Education Committee for USSAAC. Her varied career placements within WI, WA, and overseas schools have given her unique opportunities to combine her passion for AAC, literacy, and Assistive Technology. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with others so that we can all continue to learn together.

    Janet Peters, M.Ed., Independent Consultant, specializing in AT implementation, UDL, and inclusive technology through systems change. Current projects include supporting statewide UDL and AT initiatives with Kansas Infinitec through the Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN). She has over 25 years of experience in the field, including as the Project Director for the Center on Inclusive Technology & Education Systems (CITES) at CAST, Regional Project Coordinator for Assistive and Accessible Technology for the Great Lakes ADA Center, and Project Director of the Simon Technology Center at PACER Center, a Parent and Training Information Center. Janet is passionate about using technology and systems change to improve inclusion and learning outcomes for students with disabilities.
