Experience
Dr. Felicia Rutledge is an advocate for scholar and adult brilliance. She holds a B.A. in English and an M.S. in Deaf Education from Canisius College and earned a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Special Education Leadership. Her career spans early childhood through high school, including roles as a self contained teacher, Multi-Tiered System of Support Facilitator and MTSS Regional Project Coordinator. She has led professional learning sessions and supported school teams in academics and behavioral supports and interventions. A dedicated community servant, Dr. Rutledge has secured award-winning grants to boost teacher collaboration and enhance student learning. She looks forward to continuing her commitment to scholarly achievement, supporting families, human talent development, and implementing systems rooted in access and liberation as the Director of the Nevada Special Education Technology Assistance Project with the University of Nevada, Reno.
