Experience
Ken attended St. Cloud State University, 1990-1991, and graduated from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with MS in Therapeutic Recreation in 1993, then received Doctor of Education from Fielding Graduate University in 2006. He has been teaching and researching social work for people with disabilities in Japan since 1994, and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Design for Welfare Society at Toyo University in Tokyo, Japan.
