Experience

Nancy is a seasoned special education professional with over 20 years of experience supporting students with disabilities through assistive technology (AT). Holding two Master’s degrees—in Special Education and Educational Leadership—along with an LBS2 endorsement, she specializes in multiple disabilities and technology integration. Her work with Infinitec sparked a passion for advancing student independence and inclusion through AT. Nancy has served districts across Lake and Cook Counties, conducting evaluations, implementing AT tools, and leading staff development. She designs and delivers trainings focused on integrating AT into inclusive classrooms, helping educators effectively support diverse learners. She stays current on best practices and mentors other professionals. Her work reflects a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving in education.
