Experience

Stefanie Olson is a speech-language pathologist and LAMP Educator for The Center for AAC and Autism. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Tulsa and has 25 years of experience with individuals with significant and multiple disabilities. Stefanie has worked as Assistive Technology Coordinator at the Little Light House in Tulsa, OK, and as program director at the Oklahoma Assistive Technology Center, providing AT evaluations, consultations, and training for Oklahoma Public Schools. She has also been a special education teacher, clinical, school, and early intervention-based SLP, contract SLP in an adult residential facility, and adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University. She presents on AT and AAC topics at various levels and is passionate about empowering parents, teachers, and service providers. Stefanie is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and the Oklahoma Medical Licensure Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
