Experience

Tara is the Assistive Technology Facilitator for the Park Hill School District in Kansas City Missouri. Tara has her master’s degree in severe and profound disabilities from the University of Kansas and her education specialist from William Wood University. Tara Wineinger has spent 30 years working in special education. She worked as a special education teacher, both in resource and self-contained settings. Tara has always been involved in assistive technology, but the last 10 years has been a full time Assistive Technology Facilitator.
