Crystal Hardway is a Speech-Language Pathologist with 11 years of clinical experience. Crystal completed her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has been with SoonerStart Early Intervention Program for 8 years and specializes in assistive technology for children with autism and multiple disabilities. In her current position as Technical Supervisor and Early Foundations Coordinator for Tulsa County, she enjoys providing therapeutic and consultative services addressing communication abilities, feeding skills, and challenging behaviors. Crystal completed her Bachelor's degree at Oklahoma City University in Dance and Arts Management and worked as a parade performer at Walt Disney World and she has still managed to find ways to sing and dance every day in her role as a Speech Pathologist. In her family life, Crystal has had a crash course in routines intervention with her own neuro-spicey children.
