Linda Bastiani Wilson is the co-author of the Protocol for Accommodations in Reading. She occasionally consults with the developers of the Universal Protocol for Accommodations in Reading, but does not receive any financial compensation. She is a full time employee of Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland.
Experience
Linda Bastiani Wilson is a special educator who has over 30 years of experience in assistive technology. She holds a Master’s Degree in early childhood special education from The George Washington University. Linda is the team leader of the High Incidence Accessible Technology Team in Montgomery County Public Schools. She presents at Closing the Gap, ATIA, and ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) on a range of topics, including capacity building strategies for AT teams, AT for reading and writing, Universal Design for Learning, and effective Professional Learning practices. Linda is co-author of the Protocol for Reading Accommodations (Don Johnston, 2012).
