Experience
Jackie is a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) in Utah with over 29 years of experience in early intervention, including five years as Director of Summit County Early Intervention. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds a Technology Specialization Certificate. Jackie’s advanced certifications include Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) for children and infants, Myofascial Release, Sensory Integration, and Craniosacral Therapy. She taught Pediatric OT Evaluation at the University of Utah (2003–2005) and continue to guest lecture twice yearly for their Introduction to OT course. Jackie founded the Sensory Integration Camp at Primary Children’s Medical Center in 1992 and has presented nationally on Myoelectric Prosthetics, including at the 2023 World Congress on Spina Bifida. Jackie specializes in interdisciplinary collaboration and building strong partnerships with community agencies.
