Experience

Jodi Szuter has spent the past 20+ years following one simple mission: helping people reach their goals, overcome barriers, and create the lives they want to live. Her career has taken some wonderfully unique paths, giving her a well-rounded perspective of the educational landscape. She has worked across government contracting and education purchasing; provided solutions to support individuals with a variety of reading barriers, including dyslexia, and blind/low vision; supported individuals with various physical disabilities through OT/PT solutions, and helped bring emerging 3D & VR technology into classrooms. She has also worked as an SME across distribution, reseller, and manufacturer channels, and spent 16+ years as a trusted Consultant. Her focus spans Literacy, Sensory Spaces, Inclusion, Mental Health, Special Education, Assistive Technology, and EdTech. As VP of Partnerships at Dolphin, Jodi brings these diverse experiences together with a passion for collaboration, accessibility, and creating meaningful opportunities for people. Whether that means a student gaining confidence in the classroom, an individual becoming more independent, or a team finding a better way forward, Jodi is energized by helping people discover what’s possible. She believes the best work happens when great people, great ideas, and a shared purpose come together. This year marks 40 years of Dolphin supporting individuals – come celebrate with us!
