Rachel Shoener

Experience

Rachel Shoener, OTR/L, is Owner and Director of Live Fully, where she has spent over 20 years helping children thrive through comprehensive, family-centered occupational therapy. She earned her OT degree from the University of Mississippi and a Doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. At Live Fully, Rachel leads a holistic approach addressing sensory, motor, visual, social-emotional, and cognitive development, with strong emphasis on parent training, teacher collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork. She also served for seven years as an adjunct professor at Gwynedd Mercy University, co-teaching pediatric occupational therapy to graduate students. As both a clinician and parent, Rachel is passionate about supporting children and families to fully participate in home, school, and community life.
