Experience

Kimberly Kulasekaran is the Assistant Principal of the Carter School in Boston, where she has worked with students with complex needs since 2009. She co-led the school’s first literacy program and co-developed the Carter School Cognitively Demanding Task Matrix to support meaningful communication and rigorous instruction. Kim was honored with the 2021 Educator of the Year Award by the City of Boston.
