Admission

Admission to all presentations, exhibits and other conference activities is open only to those who have registered and who are wearing a valid registration badge.

Internet Access

Complimentary wireless access will be available for conference registrants throughout the conference presentation rooms and meeting spaces. The wireless access should not be used for excessive downloading, video streaming or anything that requires a large amount of bandwidth. “Daily” log-in information and password will be posted each day at the registration desk.

Meals and Dining

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington offers casual dining options. Additionally, several restaurants for every budget are within easy walking distance.

Conference Handouts

Conference presenter-submitted handouts will be available on our website, to further enhance your conference learning. Note, not all presentations will be represented. As a registrant, you are entitled to view and download this information through December 31, 2024.  

Notice of Filming and Photography

Videography is permitted by Closing The Gap staff only. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited.

Mobile phones must be silenced during presentations.

By participating in the conference, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Closing The Gap. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Closing The Gap events in the future. You release Closing The Gap, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. You waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Closing The Gap or the person or entity designated to do so by Closing The Gap. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by Closing The Gap on or before October 1, 2024. Replacements are welcome and must also be submitted in writing.

Cancellation fees:

  • $200 for each 1-day pre-conference workshop
  • $300 for each 2-day pre-conference workshop
  • $100 for each single-day conference registration
  • $250 for each full conference registration. Applicable to standard rate, Solutions member rate, presenter/exhibitor rate and conference registration and membership combo rate.

No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2024. Unpaid balances are due in full.

If for any reason beyond Closing The Gap’s control, Closing The Gap determines that the in-person conference must be cancelled, attendees understand and agree that their registration type shall be changed to a virtual registration. Closing The Gap is not responsible for any additional conference expenses, including hotel, travel, etc.
