Experience

Cole Sorensen is a mostly-nonspeaking autistic person, a public speaker, consultant, and educator. He has worked extensively with both disabled young people, their families, and the professionals who support them, with a focus on promoting autonomy, self-determination, dignity of risk, and communication access. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Foundations of Special Education from the University of Minnesota.
