Jena Wiens, OTR/L works as an Assistive Technology Specialist for the Shawnee Mission School District, located in suburban Kansas City, Kansas. Jena graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. She loves showing her kids that with some grit and creativity you can figure most things out and to never stop learning. She loves working in the school based setting and helping students access school with whatever tools and skills they need. Jena is passionate about creating and loves discovering new ways for all students to access and participate. She likes to problem solve, adapt and fix anything that needs fixing and is always ready to collaborate!
