Description:
This “Wild and Free” session always has a little mystery. With so many apps, cloud-based resources, and now AI-powered tools available, where do you even start? We will explore some favorite free (or inexpensive) apps, cloud technology, and practical AI tools, and how they can support students’ educational, social, organizational, and behavioral needs. This will be a fast-paced and fun session! Participants will walk away with ideas on how to maximize the power of these tools, where to locate them, what they cost, and what issues they can address in the classroom. The tools explored will demonstrate how technology and AI can support curriculum adaptations, social skills instruction, behavioral needs, executive functioning, and organization, while also helping teachers quickly create engaging educational materials that save time and spark creativity. These resources are practical, accessible, and ready to use — truly WILD and FREE!
