Description:
In this session, participants will explore practical ways to create visual supports using digital and low-tech tools to support students with autism and other learning needs. Attendees will see concrete examples, including schedules, behavior cues, social stories, and visual supports for classroom routines, demonstrated through sample visuals and short demo videos. The session will highlight prompts and insider tips to generate visuals efficiently and adapt them for classroom use. By the end of the session, participants will leave with ready-to-use strategies and ideas they can implement immediately, tailored to their students’ individual needs and routines.
Learning Outcomes:
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
