This session will provide an overview of InnoCaption’s suite of communication access tools designed for individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or have speech disabilities. Participants will learn about the InnoCaption mobile app, Video Calls, and Web, which support captioned phone and video communication across devices. The session will also introduce **Bridge and SnapCap, Mezmo Technologies products powered by InnoCaption**. Bridge is a workplace solution for captioning virtual meetings, while SnapCap is a consumer-facing portal for booking professional captioners for meetings and events. Through demonstrations and real-world examples, attendees will explore how AI-powered and human-assisted captioning solutions enhance communication flexibility. Participants will leave with practical strategies for selecting and using these tools across settings.
