Sales Trainer, Apple Channel Sales

Olivia is a Sales Trainer in the Apple Channel Sales team responsible for delivering product and customer experience training to both channel partners and internal sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. Since joining Apple in 2012, Olivia has experienced first hand that many customers are unaware of the powerful tools they already have in their pocket, especially in the space of accessibility. 

Olivia is passionate about educating customer facing teams on how to help people with disabilities get the most out of their Apple devices to feel included, powerful and independent.
