Cynthia Heryanto, MS, CCC-SLP, is a California-based speech-language pathologist and founder of Communication Horizons Speech Therapy. She has over 15 years of clinical experience working across settings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and complex communication needs. Her practice serves individuals across clinic, home, school, and community environments, with an emphasis on family-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has extensive experience in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), including access methods such as eye gaze, head tracking, and switch scanning, with a particular interest in individuals with complex motor and visual needs. Cynthia is currently building a team focused on thoughtful, client- and family-centered AAC services that support long-term communication development. She is also passionate about building community among AAC users and families.
