Dylan Makani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ner Chat, creators of Glint, the AI-powered platform that helps speech-language pathologists, special educators, and therapy providers build communication boards, social stories, visual schedules, and task analyses in seconds. Glint now supports tens of thousands of educators across hundreds of school districts worlwide. Dylan graduated from Vanderbilt with degrees in Neuroscience and Medicine, Health & Society, started his career in neuroscience research, and later worked in healthcare investing. He co-founded Ner Chat after watching a close friend struggle with the painful, hours-long process of making visual supports by hand, and built Glint to give every provider the tools to do their best work without the prep.
