Kyle Jova is Chief Operating Officer at Telecor, where he helps lead strategy and operations for public address, emergency notification, and life-safety communication solutions. A longtime Telecor leader, he has played a key role in bringing new technologies from concept to market. Kyle led the development of eWear, an industry-first wearable public address solution designed to make routine and emergency communication more inclusive. By integrating with a facility’s existing communication system, eWear helps deliver critical messages to Deaf and Hard of Hearing users while complementing traditional audio-based notification. His work focuses on practical, scalable solutions that improve accessibility, awareness, and safety in schools and other public environments.
