Experience

Sara is an Inclusive Education Enthusiast dedicated to systemic change. She is the co-founder of All Means ALL, an inclusive education podcast. Currently serving as the 5-12 grade Principal and Special Education Coordinator for Iron Mountain Public Schools. Before moving into administration in 2025, she spent six years as an AT/AAC specialist designing professional learning, providing training, and implementation support to educators across the state of Michigan. With 12 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist serving learners from birth to age 26, she has a deep understanding of how to support literacy and autonomous communication for ALL learners.
