Comprehensive literacy for ALL…ALL day long is realistic in your classroom! Let’s experience a typical day together to demonstrate that it is indeed possible to provide robust instruction interwoven with literacy and AAC to our students. Curriculum and lessons will be modeled, along with the underlying rationale and principles of instruction. Resources will be shared on teaming, curricula, AAC, access, AT and making adaptations. Examples will include modifications for students with vision impairments. Student case studies, videos and work samples will be shown throughout. Come experience a day in the life in the world of Comprehensive Literacy for ALL!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by Closing The Gap on or before October 1, 2025. Replacements are welcome and must also be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees:
- $200 for each 1-day pre-conference workshop
- $300 for each 2-day pre-conference workshop
- $100 for each single-day conference registration
- $250 for each full conference registration. Applicable to standard rate, Solutions member rate, presenter/exhibitor rate and conference registration and membership combo rate.
No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2025. Unpaid balances are due in full.
If for any reason beyond Closing The Gap’s control, Closing The Gap determines that the in-person conference must be cancelled, attendees understand and agree that their registration type shall be changed to a virtual registration. Closing The Gap is not responsible for any additional conference expenses, including hotel, travel, etc.
