Experience
Amy Connolly, OTR/L, ATP is an occupational therapist and assistive technology specialist based in the northwest corner of Washington State, where she works with Bellingham Public Schools. She also provides training and technical assistance across the state through the Special Education Technology Center (SETC). Amy is proud to call the indomitable Drew Sato her dear friend and collaborator. Beyond working in schools, Amy volunteers with Empower Spinal Cord Injury, Inc., supporting access to a second chance at rehab for individuals living with spinal cord injury. Amy’s professional passion lies in assistive technology—connecting people with the tools, strategies, and opportunities that enable them to fully participate in life. She especially values collaborative work with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams to challenge assumptions about what is possible and expand pathways for communication, learning, independence, and connection.
