Erin Roddy, MS, CCC‑SLP, is a licensed and ASHA‑certified speech‑language pathologist with 8 years of experience providing early intervention for toddlers with motor and communication delays. She works closely within interdisciplinary teams alongside physical and occupational therapists to support communication, feeding, play, and functional participation for toddlers with complex needs. Erin has a strong interest in the early introduction of assistive technology and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to promote engagement, autonomy, and meaningful participation in everyday routines. Through collaborative assessment, shared goal development, and family‑centered intervention, Erin strives to optimize outcomes for young children and their caregivers. She is committed to translating current research into practical, developmentally appropriate strategies across early childhood settings.
