At Conover Company, we believe that providing students with the skills needed for success after high school should be a priority. Our online platform has been designed to help educators identify realistic career paths and prepare students for the workplace by teaching them vital skills such as time management, financial literacy and communication techniques. We also equip students with pertinent independent living skills like social awareness, budgeting and problem-solving strategies, ensuring they are able to effectively transition into future roles or environments on their own.

We’ll cover topics such as identifying career interests through self-exploration exercises, developing workplace readiness skills like resume writing and job search techniques, learning applied math concepts and understanding how best to manage day-to-day tasks independently. Additionally, we’ll explore ways in which parents or guardians can be involved in encouraging further development of these competencies at home.

Lastly, we’ll dive into some success stories from teachers who have used our platform to make a meaningful impact on the lives of their students; showcasing how various features supported student attainment of desired goals related to career aspirations and independent living competencies after graduating from high school.
