Description:

Do you have AAC Communicators in your life that want to take the next step in their journey? Maybe they want to write blogs, books, and or articles. Maybe they want to do public speaking, mentoring, and or teach children about AAC. Come to this one of kind workshop by an individual who is using AAC. Mike will tell you how he did this, give you tips, and it wouldn’t be a CTG Hipple’s workshop if he doesn’t tell a story or two. We also be celebrating his 20th anniversary of getting his first PRC communication device.

Learning Outcomes:

As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

• You will learn two ways to make sure that they have support on this journey

• You will learn why it is important for you to think that the communicator will be a great AAC leader someday

• You will learn at least four skills that you can teach your AAC Communicators to get them ready for their life.
