Kristin Rossman, MA, CCC-SLP, is a seasoned speech-language pathologist with over nine years of experience, specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). As an AAC Team Member and AAC Mentorship ProgramCoordinator, Kristin is passionate about expanding access to AAC and supporting the clinicians who implement it. She brings a strong commitment to equity and inclusion, ensuring that all students have a voice and that SLPs have the tools and support they need to make that possible. Kristin leads trainings with a coaching mindset—fostering collaboration, reflection, and growth—and is known for creating engaging, practical learning experiences for teams. Her work focuses on building capacity through mentorship, sustainable systems, and hands-on strategies that empower SLPs to feel confident and competent in AAC implementation.
