VZ-R HDMI/USB Dual Mode 8MP Document Camera captures all your material－documents, textbooks, artwork, devices and 3D objects－and streams real-time images directly to your TV. It is also compatible with most projectors and monitors with an HDMI input.
Note: VZ-R needs to be powered on when used in HDMI mode. You can plug it into a wall outlet using any of your phone or tablet 5V/1A power adapter, or, connect it to a powered USB port of your TV, projector or computer. A power bank will work too.

One document camera, many uses.
Use VZ-R in its *USB mode with a computer (Mac, Windows PC or Chromebook) via USB when an HDMI connection is not available. You can then project real-time images to a large screen through a projector connected to your computer. When in USB mode, VZ-R is compatible with a variety of software, allowing you to use it in different ways.
You may use it with their newly developed IPEVO Visualizer software that features an intuitive UI and borderless window display to present student work, or, create flipped classroom videos with video recording software such as Camtasia or OBS. Additionally, you can even double it up as a webcam for online meetings, video conferencing or remote teaching when used with video conferencing software such as GoToMeeting, Skype or Google Hangouts.
*VZ-R features a built-in microphone that is only functional in USB mode.

With a Sony CMOS image sensor and a powerful Ambarella integrated system-on-a-chip (SoC), you’ll find enhanced performance in areas of focusing speed, noise reduction under low-light conditions and reproduction of colors as compared with previous models of IPEVO doc cams. This lets you teach or present with lesser disruptions, distortions and latency even in dimly lit environments.

With a swiveling head and strengthened multi-jointed stand, you’re free to position VZ-R at different heights, angles and various orientations for capturing your material.
VZ-R’s small footprint allows you to do more with a limited amount of space. Its base won’t take up too much of your desk, and the unit can be folded together and transported between classrooms, home or office.
To reduce packaging footprint, VZ-R’s base is not attached to its stand right out of the box. Watch this video to learn how to attach the base.

Adjust the real-time images instantly to better fit your needs using the buttons conveniently located on VZ-R. You can rotate, apply video filters, adjust exposure, refocus, and do much more. Plus, as each of the buttons has a unique set of tactile indicator on them, you can easily differentiate them with just a touch.

IPEVO Visualizer LTSE is the first accessibility software designed for our document cameras. With assistive features such as voice-over, keyboard accessibility, video filters, magnifier, and reading aids built-in, low vision users can freely and easily navigate through it to adjust the live images coming from a USB or wirelessly connected IPEVO document camera using the keyboard alone.

Visualizer LTSE features keyboard accessibility that allows users to navigate through the software controls to adjust the live images coming from a connected IPEVO document camera using the keyboard alone.
With this, you have tools such as line marker, highlight strip, and masking bar to aid you in reading books, magazines, documents and more.
Visualizer LTSE has voice-over support, meaning it will work with the Narrator function of Windows PC and will read out any icon or option you select.
Compatible with iDocCam
Visualizer LTSE newly supports iDocCam. By using iDocCam on your iPhone and Visualizer LTSE, you can view, control, and adjust the live images captured by your iPhone’s camera in Visualizer LTSE.
