Both IP Relay and IP Relay Mobile App from T-Mobile allow people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind or have a Speech Disability to use an internet connection, a computer or mobile device (Mobile App – Android or iOS-powered device to connect with) and a relay operator. You type what you want to say to the operator, then the operator relays the message to your caller and types their response back to you.

IP Relay Text Mail

The IP Relay Text Mail feature allows incoming voice callers to leave a brief message for registered IP Relay users. An operator will type the incoming caller’s message and send it via email to the IP Relay user. The email setup occurs during the 10-digit number registration process.
